Shipping FAQ

📦 Will I get tracking information?
Yes! Every shipment comes with tracking. You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link 1–4 business days after placing your order.

🏠 Entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we might be able to update the address.
Email us at info@kikillopieces.com with your Order # and the correct address as soon as possible.
Please note: If your product has already shipped, we can’t change the address and are not responsible for incorrect deliveries.

😕 There’s an issue with my order
We’re sorry to hear that! If something’s wrong with your product, reach out to us at info@kikillopieces.com — we’ll do our best to make it right.

📬 My order says “delivered,” but I didn’t get anything
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered slightly before they’re actually dropped off.
Please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.
If it still hasn’t shown up, contact the carrier (like USPS or DHL) to file a missing package claim.
If they confirm an error in writing, forward the documentation to us — we’ll help however we can.
Note: We can’t file claims on your behalf.

🕵️♂️ I think my package was stolen
We know how frustrating that can be. Unfortunately, we’re not liable for stolen packages once they’re marked as delivered — unless you purchased Shipping Protection during checkout.

We can only offer replacements or refunds for:
• Orders lost in transit (not marked as delivered within 7+ days after the estimated arrival)
• Orders returned to sender
